Infrastructural Facilities

• Production Facilities: Spread over sprawling area of 2 acres, our associated processing unit is outfitted modern equipment’s like two stage fruit washing, tip cutting conveyer, destoner, pureeer, refiner, decanter and separator. Line has modern pre heater, imported pasteurizer and aseptic filling system.
  a) Production capacity: 6 M.T Finished product/hour and has similar two lines so total finish product filling capacity is 12 M.T/hour. The facility has double effect evaporator also.
• Production Facilities :
  a) Product packed in 215 kg aseptic bag in drum. Concentrate packed 228 kg net weight in same aseptic bag in drum. We have a separate associated facility for packing Fruit Puree/ Frozen products.

The variety of Fruit we deal in is assured with the high-grades of quality as only natural fruits are used in manufacturing the Fresh Fruit. Furthermore, team of expert quality analysts and production managers keep an eye on each stage of procurement process to final packaging of products.
